- How can I get to the Hotel from the airport?
- From Haneda aiport, please use Tokyo Monorail. Take Platform 2 towards Hamamatsucho.
After getting off at Hamamatsuchou station use JR Yamanote Line for Ueno (Platform 2).
From Ueno you may use subway HIBIYA Line and get off at IRIYA STATION (5 mins away by walk from the property).
If you get off at Nippori station you may use taxi (approximately JPY 1,000).
From Narita airport, please use KEISEI SKYLINER (for tickets go directly to Keisei Skyliner ticket counter), which stops at UENO STATION.
- Can I keep the luggage in the property even after check out?
- Yes please, we are happy to keep your luggage while you are sightseeing.
- What time is Check in and Check out?
- Check in starts at 15:00-23:00. Check out is until 11:00 A.M.
- Is it possible to check out later than 11:00 A.M?
- Unfortunately we can't extend your check-out period to later than 11:30 A.M.
- What is the nearest station?
- The nearest station (subway) is the IRIYA STATION just 5 minutes away on foot.
- Is there an onsen available at the property?
- We do not have an onsen on the site but we have a private japanese style bath available to book upon check in. Private bath is accessible from 15:00-22:00.
- Do you have transportation services?
- No transportation services are available but we can call or make a taxi reservation for you.
- Can you help me with the luggage delivery?
- Yes, we can. Please inform our front desk personnel with the information of the place you are going to send your luggage to.
It usually takes 1-2 days.
- Do you serve breakfast, lunch and dinner?
- We only serve breakfast (7:30-9:30). Menu is available at JPY 500-JPY 800 (Western and Japanese style).
For lunch and dinner, you can choose from many restaurants nearby the property.
Our front desk staff is glad to assist you on choosing the right one for your taste.
- If we arrive later that 23:00, can we still check in?
- Yes please. Our staff will be waiting for your arrival.
Informing us about your arrival time is very much appreciated.
- Do you have a vegetarian menu?
- Yes, we can prepare a vegetarian meal for you.
Please note, that informing us about your health restrictions or allergies beforehand is highly advisable as we may take no responsibility when complications occur.
- Are all your rooms non-smoking?
- Yes all of our rooms are non-smoking, however we have a designated smoking area on the first floor.
- Is the property pet friendly?
- Unfortunately, we can't host pets in our Hotel.
- Do you have a parking space?
- We do not have one, but a few steps away from the property there is a public parking space. (JPY 1,300/24 hours).
